After Anita Hill: What Has Changed About Sexual Harassment

| Oct 13, 2011 | Sexual Harassment & Gender Discrimination |

This autumn marks the twentieth anniversary of Professor Anita Hill’s electric testimony before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the nomination of Clarence Thomas as Associate Justice to the U.S. Supreme Court.

O&G partner Kathleen Peratis recently gave an interview about the historic Anita Hill hearing, and about how it transformed the law and culture of sexual harassment in the workplace. It can be read at ” After Anita Hill: What Has Changed About Sexual Harassment.”

Ms. Peratis will be co-chairing a one-day conference this weekend at Hunter College called “Sex, Power and Speaking the Truth: Anita Hill 20 Years Later.”, which will be live-streamed (at the above link) beginning at 9:30am Eastern on Saturday October 15th.
